DESIGN / BUILD
Our pre-construction team will ensure your vision meets your needs and your quality and budget requirements. Our clients see multiple facility drawings during the design process with input from our designers on how the facility will best fit on the site while maximizing traffic flow, storage capacities and functionality. Through our vast experience, we can guide our clients around potential problems on paper long before construction begins.

Our Estimating department plays an integral role in providing scope, quality and cost information critical to the project decision-making process. It is our priority that the estimate aligns with your needs and final objectives.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
This is one of the most important differentiators we offer to our clients. We assign a dedicated Project Management Team to every Bolivar project. This includes our in-house Pre-Construction Team, an in-house Project Manager and an onsite Superintendent, all focused on the success of your project.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
Bolivar’s team of construction managers, field supervisors, procurement specialist engage industry quality, safety and best practices to each job every day. We oversee the project from conception to the final commission point, providing detailed feedback and documentation throughout the project. We bring our experience:

GENERAL CONTRACTING
With this method of project delivery, Bolivar becomes involved during the design process, including being able to provide feedback to your architect. We then work with you on a final design, timeline, and agreed upon contract price.
